Core Tenets

All of our conversations and events are open to everyone, women and allies alike.

If you are an ally, we encourage you to consider the following when participating:

• Is your voice dominating the conversation? If so, consider yielding your time to a woman.

• Can you amplify women’s voices or work in whatever you are proposing we do?

We encourage all members to take matters into their own hands if they think an event or idea has legs. While our expectation is that members act with high agency, it is also our expectation that members gather consensus before making any permanent changes to processes.

We aim to foster an environment where our members can bring up sensitive topics for conversation. To that end, we never record our monthly meetings, nor do we allow AI note-takers to attend.
